Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers, but not entrepreneurs, have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days. The following revocation instruction applies only to consumers. The right of withdrawal (for consumers) is not in the case of distance contracts for the delivery of Goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, or which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly. by means of a clear Declaration (e.g. a letter sent by Post, E-Mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract, inform. You can use the sample withdrawal form shown at the bottom of the page as a template, which is not mandatory.

However, you can cancel your order more conveniently in your customer account. To do this, select an order and use the function “cancel / return item”. If you make use of this option, we will send you immediately (e.g. by E-Mail) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To observe the revocation period it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of the revocation:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by US), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the Goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the Goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The period is respected if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. In the case of goods that can be shipped by parcel, we shall bear the costs of return. Goods that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up by you via a shipping team. In the case of freight forwarding goods, you bear the direct costs of return.
